His Grace Dr. Zachariah Mar Aprem, Metropolitan of Adoor- Kadampanadu Diocese of Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church, visited
Archbishop Dr. Goriun Babian, Armenian Prelacy of Kuwait and Arabian Gulf countries at Bishops House, Kuwait. Mar Aprem reached Kuwait to lead the Parish Day and the Harvest festival of Kuwait St. Gregorios Indian Orthodox Maha Edavaka.
The visit was to enrich the relations between Malankara Orthodox and Armenian Orthodox Churches. Both the churches are constituent churches of Oriental Orthodox Churches and hence had ecumenical communion between each other. They recalled the recent visit of Armenian Catholicose H.H. Aram 1, to Kerala as an outstanding example for this communion. Archbishop Goriun Babian, Fr. Adrag and the Church Managing Committee members received His Grace.
