5th Islamic Seminar by KKIC takes off successfully

The 5th Islamic Seminar, organized by Kuwait Kerala Islahi Centre (KKIC), has kicked off in Farwaniya, inaugurated by Kuwait MP Mohammad Al Muthairi. He also inaugurated Science 2.0, an exhibition that’s being held on the sidelines of the seminar, themed upon Quran and its scientific miracles. Addressing the gathering, Al Muthairi exhorted Muslims to apply their efforts in reaching the message of Islam and its humanitarian values to everyone.

Eminent Indian parliamentarian, ET Muhammad Bashir, was the key note speaker, while noted scholar Abdulrashid Kuttambur, spoke on the theme of the seminar ‘Religion, Nationality and Humanity.’ The event also saw the inauguration of the Samil Info Digital App by the Vice President of Wisdom Islamic Organization, Kunju Ahmed Parappur,

The President of Kuwait Kerala Islahi Center (KKIC), PN Abdul Latif Madani, presided over the ceremony. Dr Hidayatulla, Vice President of FIMA, and TK Ashraf, General Secretary of Wisdom Islamic Organization, also spoke at the event.

Dr. Amir, Sadiq Ali, Sakir KA, CP Abdul Aziz, NK Abdussalam, Mohammad Amir Kappad and Bashir Baatha were in attendance. The General Convener of the seminar reception committee, Sunash Shukur, rendered the welcome address, while KC Abdul Latheef gave the vote of thanks.

The 4-day seminar will see a variety of programs catering to all sections of the society. Slated for the second day are Art of Parenting and Students Conference at 6 pm and Interaction with Non-Muslims at 7 am among others.
