SIMSians Display Extravagant Talents

“Use what talents you possess, the woods would be very silent if no birds sang there, except those that sang best.”

A Talent show can be a great way to showcase your students, their talents and build their confidence .A Talent show was thus held at Salmiya Indian Model School on 20th October 2019 at 5:30-7:30P.M. The young brigade of the SIMS caught the rapt attention of the audience, The talent show featured about 20 different categories from songs and dances to skits and mimes. It also included talent of solving Rubic’s cube in 2 min by Nawal.

It was a fun filled event where the participants, middle and high school students gave a spectacular show. The students of class 10 did a powerful mime act on Gandhij with a thought-provoking message. Being funny and notorious is something students never lack, the students of class XII did a hilarious act with a class scenario representing various nationalities and their accents. Dance performances by Samrath from class of class VIII and Ram Prakash of class X were amazing. Apart from this, Manrav and Adam of class XII presented a soulful song performance and aced it.

The talent show was an unforgettable experience. Ms.Anita Sadanand addressed the gathering. She said that at SIMS kids are often told that they don’t have to be perfect in everything, sometimes it’s all about having fun and doing what you enjoy. The parents were thrilled to see the spectacular show. The entire show was organized by the rising leaders-SIMS council members. The show ended with a feeling of exhilaration and not exhaustion .
