The second session of Loka Kerala Sabha will be held on January 2020 at Thiruvananthapuram, the Kuwait representatives of Loka Kerala Sabha said in a press meeting held here.

Loka Kerala Sabha (World Kerala Assembly) is an event hosted by the state government of Kerala to bring Keralites living around the globe under one platform. It was hosted under the department of Non-Keralite Residents.

The members from Kuwait Babu Francis, Sam Painumood, N Ajith Kumar, Thomas Mathew Kadavil and Sreemlal attended the press briefing and highlight various steps taken by the Loka Kerala Sabha in association with Norka for the welfare and benefits of Non Resident Keralites.

They also briefed about the situation after the recent flood which hit the state of Kerala and requested all expatriates in Kuwait to contribute towards the Kerala Government disaster relief fund.
