TVS Hyder Group, one among the leading Cargo Company in Kuwait, celebrated its 20th year anniversary on 25th July 2019 at Kuwait Teachers Society - Dasma. It was a celebration of service to honour the Cargo division employees. During the event TVS Chairman Dr. S.M. Hythar Ali presented Gold and cash gifts to their staff for their hard work and dedication.
Event started at 7:00 PM with the prayer offered by Ms. Ameera followed by TVS Travels Manager - Mr. Mr. Rashid Khan’s Welcome speech.
Dignitaries from different part of communities in Kuwait, representatives from various Associations, felicitated the TVS Hyder Group and its Chairman for the success of his Group. Everyone praised Chairman Dr. Hythar Ali’s simplicity, down to earth behaviour, support and help to the community and the employees. Some of the attendees remembered his advice to their business growth and the management lesson learned from his life experience.
Dr. S.M. Hythar Ali gave an inspiring speech about his experiences and thanked all the employees for their togetherness with him in all his success. He remembered his earlier struggle in his life and briefed about his hard work and management skills on running this company successfully for the past 20 years. He emphasised the difference between the words possible and impossible; he quoted “Anything and everything is possible, if you have right means to do it”. He referred himself as a right example for the term “possible” as he came to Kuwait as a Driver and today he has built a business empire TVS Hyder Group.
Special Gold Prize was awarded to the Outstanding Performers in the year 2018-2019. Also Cash prize of 5 Lakhs INR each was distributed to 4 long serving employees as the token of appreciation. Group Manager Mr. Arif was gifted with a brand new Toyota Fortuner Car for his tireless work and sincerity all over these years. On accepting the gift from the Chairman, Mr. Arif expressed his thanks and he credited this success to his team members and the entire staff of the Cargo division.
All the Cargo division employees were gifted with a Gold coin prize and at the end of the event, it was seen all smiling faces start from the low wage worker till the management staff with the gold prizes. Even the audiences were gifted with the gold coins as spot prizes for answering the quiz conducted by the Chairman.
Playback Singers Mr. Kangeswaran and Ms. Isra entertained the audience with their songs performance. Short film titled “Pancha Kavignan” directed by Mr. Raheedh Ahmed and supported by Kuwait Tamil Social Media was released by Dr. S.M. Hythar Ali and the film was showcased to the audience.
The entire event compering was done by Mr. Gangai Gopal. The function was organized well by Mr. Arif, Mr. Feroz Khan, Mr. Rashid Khan, Mr. Mansoor, Mr. Rizwan, Mr. Jayakumar and Mr. Mathi. Mr. Feroz Khan-Cargo Manager gave the vote of thanks and the event was concluded with the delicious dinner.
