General Department of Residence Affairs has closed the file of a company run by a Kuwaiti for bringing into the country 106 workers for money exceeding 150,000 dinars, local media Al-Anba reported.

According to report, the company is specialized in supply of goods and operates only 6 vehicles.

The citizen, who is accused of bringing these workers into the country has been arrested and referred to the Public Prosecution, the daily added.

According to report, the arrest came after information reached the Director General of the General Department of Residency Affairs that the suspect had falsified the estimated need of the company and submitted a request to the Public Authority of Manpower after inflating the list of his required manpower for financial benefits.
