FAIPS DPS was in the news yet again when the whiz kids of quiz demonstrated their encyclopedic knowledge across domains to clinch the coveted Rolling trophy for a record 6th time in the Trishna Interschool Quiz Competition held on 26th April 2019 at the Cambridge English School, Mangaf.
After a gruelling preliminary round, in which 72 teams from 15 schools participated, FAIPS junior team comprising Sharon Maria Thomas and Savithri Bindu, Class 8 students and the Senior team comprising Rohita Mahesh and Jos Roy of Class XI outwitted their opponents to emerge victorious in the final round. It was a reiteration of FAIPS versatile talent!
FAIPS continued a winning tradition with its sterling performance in the Mahaquizzer 2019. In the solo open written quiz conducted in January 2019, by KQA, FAIPS secured the School Trophy for the best participating school for the 7th time. FAIPS students who have scored high and brought accolades to school are Aaron John Thomas, Kurian Thomas M. Tarun Sunil Malayil, Sharath Menon and Sharon Maria Thomas.
