IES Ushers in Traditional New Year with Gaiety

Vishu, the harvest festival and New Year of Kerala, a southern state in India was celebrated with traditional fervour in Bhavans.

The Bhavanites rejoiced with much ceremonial splendor as Bhavans family stood as one in front of the abundant ‘Vishukani’ which involves the seasonal fruits, vegetables, kanikonna, rice, gold, clothes, coins and holy texts arranged on a plentiful platter.

The expatriates relived the auspicious moments of their good old days as our Chairman and Principal gave ‘Vishukaineetam’ to all the teaching and non- teaching staff in school.

The propitious celebrations ended on a sweet note with payasam arranged by the members of the staff club.

Farooq the Indian Central School has no management my brother. The sponsor is not bothered about who is admitted in which class and how is the performance of the students in the CBSE exam. I wonder if he knows how many kids write the exam and how many passed. He wants money as he is an investor. Mr. Ram is not like that. The teachers recruited are by the principal of Indian Central School and many are her own relatives. Does the sponsor care any of the standards of the teaching? For conducting classes on Saturdays for grades 9 - 12 parents are asked to pay fees. The fact is that teachers don''t teach on regular days due to many reasons ask them they will tell you. Mr. Ram makes it point for parents to write to him if teachers are not doing well in the class. The leadership matters Farooq. Don''t ever try to copy Mr. Ram and if anyone dares, then work like him 24/7 for the school.

The management of Indian Central School needs training from Mr. Ram. The episode last month the video has gone viral and some of my known acquaintance sent to CBSE for their information knowing fully well that nothing they will do. At least they will know whom they have awarded the award. The head of the school has crossed all limits by copying the fees that IES has without knowing that their performance is just 10% of the IES. Mr. Ram, no one who copies will succeed as they are not as involved as you are in school matters. God bless you

True Shalini Ma’am,
Ram Sir is always Great
People who live close to him in this universe are all blessed because he will take care of them. For many he is a Savior, protector and God Father. He always wish everyone God Bless but people like me can understand that’s the blessings of real living God.

Wow! that''s so kind of the chairman to give a kainettam to his principal and then principal to his staff. Where on earth can you see such lovely pictures and stories? Ram sir, your involvement in all the affairs of the school has made the school the BEST in town sir. People say fees are high and lot of criticisms on that count but sir the school stands tall for the values that you cultivate among your staff, students and stakeholders. You are a role model for many managements here in Kuwait and many just copy whatever you do and many have failed. God bless you Ram sir.
