Tamilnadu Engineers Forum (TEF), the one & only ISO 9001:2015 certified non-profitable organization registered with Indian Embassy organized the 1st Technical Seminar (2019) on 19th January 2019 @ Al Dorra Ball Room, HILTON, Mngaf. It was a nice evening, great ambience with excellent participation.
Program Started @ 05.50 PM with Tamil Thai Vazhthu and Engr. Vadivelan shared the Safety moment for the day.
Engr. Ramanan shared Kural (Sacred Verses) from the sacred Book of Tamils “Thirukkural”.
Engr. Muthu Chidambaram, Jt. Sec IT welcomed the TEFians & Guests Speaker to the 1st Technical seminar of the year 2019.

TEF 2019 President Engr. Krishna Jegan delivered Presidential address and outlined the importance of Technical Seminars for the professional growth of the members and also reminded the audience about the forthcoming TEF’s flagship program “Curtain Raiser Event” for TICE, OEA & EEA scheduled on 21st March 2019 @ Radisson Blu Hotel, Kuwait.
Engr. Suresh Rama Krishnan shared a brief introduction about M/s BARTON FIRTOP, Manufacturer of Innovative & Special Filtration Units for Oil & Gas Services.
Engr. Sathish Rajendran introduced the Guest Speaker Mr. Kevin, Managing Director, M/s BARTON FIRTOP - UK to the audience.
Mr. Kevin enthralled the audience with the presentation on “Process Protection Equipment” and Case Studies on (a) Different type of Filters, (b) Different type of Strainers and (c) Reverse Flow Cyclones
Question & Answer session was highly interactive, interesting & informative. Presentation on the subject technology was well appreciated by the audience.
As a token of appreciation, the speaker was felicitated with Memento.
Also, TEF-2019 arranged a warm send-off to TEF-2018 President Mr. Valavan, who is travelling to home land on promotion to head his parent organization. Senior Members of TEF, appreciated Mr. Valavan for his contributions to TEF and the community members.
