Kala(Art) Kuwait “NIRAM 2018” Children’s Day Painting Competition,  Registration Crossed 1500

The registration process for “NIRAM2018” Children’s Day Painting Competition powered by AMERICAN TOURISTER and co-powered by FABER CASTELL is in full swing and the registration has already been crossed 1,500. Students from more than 24 Indian Schools in Kuwait are expected to take part in the painting competition, which would be held at Indian Community School, Khaitan on the occasion of Children's Day celebration by marking the birth day of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the First Prime Minister of India on Friday, 9th November 2018 at 2.00 PM. The painting competition will be held in 4 different groups for students from LKG to 12th Std. and Clay modeling for students from 7th to 12th Std. and the Parents and Visitors also will have the opportunity to win prizes for Open Canvas Painting, according to Mr. Mukesh V. P., the General Convener of the Niram-2018 Organizing Committee.

Children’s Day is a day to remember a great leader, who in his quiet but determined way, laid foundation to convert a nascent nation into a world power. His contributions to India and the world would always be remembered. He has hope of oppressed people of Asia, Africa and South America and one of the strong pillars of Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) and above all he was an apostle of world peace, a tireless fighter to justice throughout the world, Mr. Samkutty Thomas, Kala(Art) Kuwait President, stated in a press release issued on the occasion.

Mr. Sunil Kumar, General Secretary, Kala(Art) Kuwait, emphasize the exclusive prizes for the winners as first place with gold coin & gold medal, second place with silver medal and third place with bronze medal along with memento & certificate. Besides the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd there will be 50 participants to get Merit Prizes and Ten (10) percent of the participants will be awarded with consolation prizes.
