Zain EGO issue

friends,
recently i bought zain ego and I am not able to connect internet.It shows the network signal when i open the Zain menu but when i am trying to click on "connect" icon it showing error# "failed to connect.check your network settings saved on your computer".
My OS is XP-SP3 and also in my lap there are some LAN connection showing in "Network connections" icon in control panel.I also disabled those and tried.same error comes.

friends ,Does anyone knows how to solve this?Please advise.
