They informed you well in advance. Please also check, will they allow you to use return ticket without using ticket for going. Generally airline not allows to use only return ticket.

You shouldn''t have booked Indigo without speaking to Jazeera first. If you had called their service center, you could have checked to see if they had any available tickets on nearby dates. If you had already tried this, and ultimately forced to book Indigo, then apologies for my assumption. Why I say this is because iirc you will receive your refund only by credit, valid for a year. Which means you will be forced to book another Jazeera airways ticket in the future to use up this credit, or lose your refund after a year.

Even Jazeera cancelled by booked flight to Trivandrum for 28 Jun. The email came in such a short notice and I had to run around looking for alternatives and that too in this peak season paying extra money, I had high hopes for Jazeera but they are screwing up all south indian flights i believe. bad Service.

I booked Jazeera ticket from Chennai to Kuwait (26 Aug). Yesterday I got email that flight cancelled and ticket rearranged to 27 Aug. At least like this situation they should allow full refund rather than keeping it as credit for one year.

Jazeera was not able to allot me 5 tickets in nearby dates as this is peak time and week before Eid holidays. I talked to customer service and they were helpless.. As its their fault they agreed to credit the refund back to same card which is used for booking. But real issue here is the fare difference. If we wanted to reschedule flights airline will ask for fare difference. Now being their fault we are suffering it. They have recently dropped all the Trivandrum flights and i heard few of mumbai flights also...i assume they r not interested in Indian sector maybe because of high taxes and more flying hours.

I think always better to go with Trusted carriers like KA, Gulf Air etc. Budget airlines can never be trusted.

Seems to be Jazeera is winding up the operation to India sector by reducing the number of flights and cancellation of some destinations. I hope the operational cost is high to this sector compare to other sector which gives more profit to the airline.

Day before yesterday, my friend received the same email for Mumbai on 27.06.2023. I called their customer care (177) and got rebooked on 28.06.2023 with price difference. When I asked them about cancellation of flights, the person told me that its because problem with airport slots at Indian airports.

My Tickets They postponed for one week! asked them to cancel the ticket! They said I will get the money back within 14 days, but the next day they credited the full amount! Heard that They were forced to reduce the allotted seats to all Indian cities! No Idea why!
