I lost my Intermediate mark sheet and Certificate. Which was issued from Swatantra Bharat Inter College, Tulsipur, Gonda, UP (Board of Secondary Education UP Allahabad) year 1981. I have only Photo copy of that. If any one can guide me, how to get it from the college or from the Board of Secondary Education. I have very short time. I dont know How to contact, I tried to contact through net but got no result. Please be kind to help me. If anyone from UP in forum or anybody has a friend from UP please contact on
