In my opinion do not waste money and time.. at the end they will simply say your course year and NBA year is not matching! i passed in 2007 and my course and college got NBA accreditation in 2012.. i passed their interview, got my certificates restamped, got data flow approval, etc.. (Did all what they asked for).. at the end they simply said your course year and accrediation year is not matching and the file is rejected..
BETTER ASK THEM BEFORE YOU PROCEED INVESTING TIME AND MONEY!!

My engineering college is NBA accredited for the entire academic year. However, it is a three-year diploma program followed by a three-year engineering program. Will they accept it?

@jery, Looks likely it will be rejected, because they are now asking that the certificates must have ''4-year course'' written on it, and if you don''t have it like that on your certificate, they are asking to get a attested declaration from the college that the course you completed was 4 years.

Please visit KSE and show them your documents they will let you wether you can apply membership or not.
@Jery,
In your case, I feel you are eligible to get the Membership as you have your course NBA during your entire academic year .
Please visit KSE office and show them your documents, they will definitely consider your case ..

I would like to know if an engineer who is having a kse membership and expected to leave kuwait and arrive on a new visa the same year.
As the civil id number remains the same on new residence , Will the KSE membership be valid for him?
If you could share this information with me, that would be great.

Yes, KSE Membersip depends on your civil ID number. It will remain valid.
