Exit procedure for new born baby.

dear friends,
a baby was born in Kuwait in month of April. mother''s visit visa has expired. passport and birth certificate for the new born is been issued. now to exit the country is there any paper work to be done from the Indian embassy or from ministry of Kuwait for the new born? if any, kindly advice. thank you.

As far as I know, you would need to get an application tuped of temporary residency, go to area MOI. You would get an exit pass if you don''t want to stamp the residency for whatever reason.
Since flights aren''t operating properly, you should easily get the temp residency of 2-3 months.
Note: you just can''t get the baby to airport b4 this process of exit pass.
