Local transfer tro government project

Hi all.
Can any one advice,i have come to kuwait on Mar 2019 on normal article 18 PVT visa,the i transferred to a government contract article 18 project after 6 months on november 2019.I am a graduate,and currently i have an offer from pvt company ,plesae let me know,is it possible for me to transfer my visa government contract to PVT company.

Since u came on normal #18, u can get ur residency transferred from govt project to any other type provided ur sponsor is willing to sign the transfer doc and ur new sponsor is ready to assist you.
