Civil ID Process Issue

Dear IIK Viewers,

After dependent residency renewal from Ahmadi and i have received SMS link to pay for Civil ID, When i click the page it shows your residency renewed, However we can not printing your ID card due to lack in passport information. You are requested to visit Ministry Of Interior and submit original passport to be updated.

Please share the procedure if anybody gone through this process.
