returning to India

I am planning to return to India or good. What are the free things I will get on arrival from the State and Central Governments. I am aware of the following, please add to the list for my benefit:
1. Free Electricity upto some units
2. Free potable water in my home
3. Free education till class 12th for kids
4. Almost free higher education government varsities
4. Subsidized rations
5. Free house under PMAY
6. Free gas connection
7. Pension after 60 years of age
8. Free health Insurance
9. 8% interest rate on my savings under specific PO scheme
10. I understand that Jio is giving free data
11. Free laptop for kids in12th class
12. Cash for girl child at different stages from birth to marriage
13. Concession in flights and train fares
14. Free metro/bus rides for female family members

Please add the following to your list :
1) pollution
2) corruption
3) population
4) bad and costly hospitals, poor healthcare unless you are willing to pay
5) netagiri and dadagiri , bad politicians & great supreme leader
6) bad roads and poor public transport
7) corrupt education system, which promotes nepotism instead of merit
8) inflation
9) recession and screwed economy, price rise
and now Chinese virus as well.
