The civil id number will not change. It should be the same always. There is some problem here.

Your civil number can be changed back to the old civil id number, just ask your pro to do it give him the old civil id copy... in our company at least 10 people have done the same ( am working in a project where around 10-25000 people were working in its peak)

I had this issue last year and i changed my civil id number to the old one and my license is still valid. Pls give me ur contact number in case u need more information.

civil id....
this problem occured with me too..but later i was forced to change because, u cannot do any bank procedures or anything with this new id.the central bank will catch you and will ask yu to change ur id to the same old id.
