Missing last name/ surname on civil ID

My name as per passport is
Lastname : Voora
Given name : Venkata Narayana Ratna Dilip.

I got my civil ID today and just noticed that the last name/surname is missing on it and the given name got printed exactly same as per my passport.

Few of my colleagues are telling that civil ID department just consider only 4 names while issuing the ID.

Will this create any problem if I plan to travel out of country and come in? Please advise to proceed further.

No problem, but a general suggestion, to make life easier for everyone one. Change ur name not ur civil id.
