Hey Azat
I used to transfer money via binance from my bank account to Binance and sell USDT in p2p.
I want to share my experience I defintely used to make around 10% more than the actual KWD INR rate given by money exchanges. However, one of my transactions was with fraudster and it is around 35k and it has been held by my bank as per compliant from Cybersecurity compliant from Delhi police. Bank says contact police I am from south of India Police sits in Delhi. They asked me to visit them I explained I am from Kuwait if I have to travel my expenses would be more than 35k, asked me to send all details and promised they will look into it. After multiple follow ups they said the case is in court we can''t do anything at the moment. You have to wait for the court to release the funds. I just left it with bank. P2P transaction I made with the user has all the details matched as per Binance KYC.
Also I tired bitbns but again it got super delayed for my funds to hit the account may be 2-4 weeks I don''t remember exactly.
Can we connect on telegram @stoicreddy I want to learn about airdrops.

For all your kind information, especially @FP, These days Indian banks are very strict and many banks are already started freezing genuine accounts if there is any transaction with blacklisted accounts from your account. So there is high chance that your account may get freeze if they found any transaction from your account with any of the international blacklisted accounts. Then it will be upto the court to take teh final decision as you will also be considered as part of money laundering network. . So be careful.

Guys, never receive any money from unknown person in India. Anytime your bank account may get froze and your hard earned money will b almost lost. I know more than 10 cases personally , eventhough u r receiving a 1000 rs and ur account has 10 lakhs already, your whole 10 lakhs+ amount will be frozen. And most of the cases it will take months years to solve such cases. Better stay away from indian p2p

Yeah, I have been doing it for more than 2 years but this flag was raised last year since then I stopped remitting through crypto channel. I shared my experience so that others can be cautious about it. Yeah and be very cautious about receiving money from strangers, AML/Cyber frauds are closely monitored these days in India.
Investor I pity you man, do not jump at least going forward. You can never withdraw your money through a credit card. You need to sell them and then transfer USDT through p2p for cash, at least this is the simple way of doing it as of now.
