Increase in number of complaints on summer work ban

61 percent increase registered in the number of complaints about violations of the decision that bans laborers working from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. According to Al-Qabas daily report, Coordinator of the campaign to check violators Meshari Al-Sanad said 293 complaints were referred to the Public Authority for Manpower compared to 112 in the middle of last month.

Public Authority for Manpower earlier announced a decision to ban employers from forcing their employees to work in open areas from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm during the period from June 1 until the end of August.
