Telugu Kala Samithi (TKS), Kuwait new Executive Committee for 2019-20

Telugu Kala Samiti (TKS), Kuwait elected its new Executive Committee for 2019-20. The election committee unanimously elected the team for this fiscal year. Mr. Y.V.Bhaskar Reddy (President), Mr.S.Krishna Prasanth (Vice President), Mr. D.Krishnama Raju (General Secretary), Mr. Garine Ravi (Joint Secretary), Mr. Rambabu Kadali (Treasurer), Mrs. M.B.Jyothsna Kishore (Ex-Officio). The following are elected as Area Executives – Mr. Sreedhar Sarika (Abuhalifa), Mr. Srinivas Gunnam (Abuhalifa), Mr.A.K.Srikanth (Fahaheel/Mangaf/Ahmadi), Mrs. G.Manjusha (Farwaniya/Riggae/Omaria/City), Mr. M Naveen Kumar (Abbasiya) and Mrs. Laxmi Jyothsna (Salmiya).

Under the presence of election committee members Mr. P.Narayana Rao, Mrs. D.Naga Sudha, Mr. P.Penchalia Naidu and with a huge number of audiences on the final event conducted by 2018-19 TKS team, a successful handover was taken by the new committee.

TKS is the oldest Telugu based organization in Kuwait. It aims to perpetuate, integrate, and adapt the cultural heritage of the Telugu-speaking people in Kuwait under one umbrella. It plays an important role in nurturing and preserving the culture, traditions, and arts specific to the Telugu people. It is one of the most active organizations registered with Indian embassy in the state of Kuwait.
