The Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, during his speech at the UN General Assembly, once said, “Yoga is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition which embodies unity of mind and body, thought and action, restraint and fulfillment and harmony between man and nature. It is a holistic approach to health and well-being. It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with oneself, the world and the nature by changing one’s lifestyle and creating consciousness.” So, to promote the quality of a student’s life, and help them manifest their harmony with the world, Bhavans sticks to the ancient tradition that caters to the needs of the present generation.
