More than 10,000 expatriates deported in last six months

The Administrative Department of the Ministry of Interior said more than 10,000 expatriates of all nationalities have been deported from the country from the beginning of this year until date
for various reasons.

The source said that most of those who are sent to the Deportation Center and deported from the country with a week maximum according to seats available for their departure. The source pointed out that those who were deported included 50 men and women caught during the month of Ramadan for begging for alms and violators of residence laws. The source added 320 expatriates were arrested during the holy month.

They have been blacklisted and an entry ban has been slapped against them.
