Saradhi Kuwait conducted Sargasangamam 2019

Saradhi Kuwait conducted Sargasangamam 2019, the Annual Art and Cultural Festival of Saradhi Kuwait comprising of performances and competitions of various artistic and cultural events among members of Saradhi Kuwait and their children.

The festivity commenced on January 18, 2019, extended for Three days at four different venues. Over 800 participants of various levels from Sub-Junior to General Category exhibited their talents in 50 various artistic, cultural and literary events including poetry, music, fine arts and performing arts. The concluding ceremony of cultural competitions was held on February 1, 2019 at Indian Community School, Khaitan. The program witnessed massive presence of the entire organization of Saradhi Kuwait at all the venues where competitions were held. Sargasamgamam 2019, exhibiting the exceptional organizational skills of Saradhi, yet another golden feather in the cap of Saradhi Kuwait.


The concluding ceremony on February 1, 2019 was inaugurated by Mr. Sugunan. KV, the President of Saradhi Kuwait. Program General Convener Mr. Siju Sadasivan welcomed the gathering and General Secretary Aji KR, Saradhi Patron Suresh Kochath, Saradhi Trust Vice Chairman Sajeev Narayan, Trust Secretary Sajeev Kumar and Vanitha vedi Secretary Smitha Libu gave felicitations. Vote of thanks was proposed by Biju CV, Treasurer of Saradhi Kuwait. The ceremony was witnessed by various dignitaries of Saradhi and a thousand plus strong audience from 13 units of Saradhi, their family and friends.

The official flyer releasing ceremony was held at the same venue for Saradhi Kuwait’s upcoming Mega Carnival “India Fest 2019”. The flyer unveiled by Ramdas Nair, Marketing Manager, Bahrain Exchange Company (Annual Sponsor for Saradhi Kuwait) and handed over to Mr. Jayakumar N.S, General Convener for India Fest 2019.

The names of those who were bestowed with the title of Kalathilakkam and Kalabhavanam are given below:
Hrishikesh Sudarshan, Milan Reji, Nikhil Sudhakaran and Suresh KP were declared as Kalaprathibha and Devika Priya Deepak, Krishnendu Vinod, Anakha Vinod General Sindhu Vinod were declared as Kalathilakam in Sub-Junior, Junior, Senior and General categories, respectively.

Saradhi Fahaheel Unit bagged the ‘Ever Rolling Trophy’ award, for the Unit securing maximum points in the Sargasangamam competitions and Mangaf East Unit became Runners-up.
