CIS-Kuwait organized Lecture Series to commemorate Kerala Piravi

Centre For India Studies-Kuwait in association with BEC Kuwait organized a brief discourse, "Tomorrow's Kerala", as part of ‘Kerala Piravi’ Celebrations. The event was held at the NAFO Auditorium Salmiya and was presided over by CIS President Mahadeva Iyer.

The series of lectures organized focussed on diverse areas. Eminent personalities specialized in their respective areas addressed the gathering. Educational aspect was presented Indian Community School ( Amman ) Principal Sri Rajesh Nair, Role of media by Malayalam Media Convener & Kuwait Times Business Editor Sri Sajeev K Peter, Culture heritage by NSS Kuwait President Sri Prasad Padmanabhan, Social factors by Social Activist Sri Sashidharan Nattika and Economic affairs was addressed by Journalist Sri Victor George. Cultural activist and Writer Vibheesh Thikkodi concluded the session by summarizing key address notes.

In addition, the proud achievements of contemporary Kerala in the synergies of creative thoughts, culture, health sector the declining values in field of education, culture, social sector were also deeply discussed.

The lecture series has become a distinctive experience with creative suggestions focusing for a thorough and comprehensive development of the state.
