CSC to cancel 2140 contracts of expatriates

Head of Civil Service Commission (CSC) Ahmed Al-Jassar announced the completion of an annual study on Kuwaitization of jobs based on CSC decision No. 11/2017.
He revealed that the study resulted in the freezing of 2,140 contracts of expatriates, indicating that the jobs will be cancelled from the public budget of the coming fiscal year.
Al-Jassar affirmed that Ministry of Finance has been addressed to take the relevant procedures.
