Pavendar Kazhagam, Kuwait Organized 65th Kalam in Mangaf

Kuwait Pavendar Kazhagam celebrated its 65th Kalam as a Traditional drawings competition
special programme on 20.04.2018 at Pavendar Arangam, MANGAF. The programme was anchored by the vigorous manner Mrs. Priya Kannan. The event was inaugurated with lighting of Kuthuvilakku followed by “Thamizh Thai Vazhthu”, both were done by our women wing.
The programme was presided over by Mr. Inbathamizh Ilangovan and Mr. A.A. Abubakkar Siddiq the chief guests.
The Chief Guests were introduced to audience by Mr. K. Natarajan, President, Pavendar Kazhagam.
On stage events started colorfully on one side, PVKK Kalappaadal was sung by Mr. Murukesan and one “Thirkkural” was beautifully elucidated by our executive Mrs. Rajadevi Sattanathan under the title “Kuralodu Uravadu”.
As well as stage was beautifully elucidated by our Mrs. Kayalvizhi Balu under the title “Kadaikolu Kaniyaaku”.
On events was beautifully explicated by our General Secretary Mr. Vasu Ramanathan for History of the great poet “Purachi Kavingar” Pavendar Bharathidhasan and our Treasurer Mr. G. Padmanathan for “Makkal Kavingar” Pattukottai Kalyanasundaram under the title of “Ninaindu Ninaindu”.
A “Special Programme” was organized with a title “Pavendarai Paitamizhil Potruvom” by Kavingar Abudaakir, Kavingar Sathishkumar, Kavidhayini Mokana Kaviseye Sekar and Kavidhayini Ambujalashmi the way, all are presented an outstanding delivered on Puthukavidhai of the above Special Programme.
Mr. Sivasankaran, Mr. Anbarasan, & Thiru. Kavisei Sekar presented felicitation address.
The Chief Guests appreciated all the events performed in the programme, which were organized by the office-bearers of Pavendar Kazhagam. During his speech, The Chief Guest mentioned that events were extraordinary, educative and delightful to watch. Furthermore he added that events were meticulously structured to educate audience with amusement.
Thiru. M. Abuthahir (Former President), on his thanks-giving address, thanked our chief guests, well-wishers, all our members and the audience who have come over to the function and made that as a grand event.
The evening snakes (ragi Kuzhl & special sundal) were served to all participants who were sponsored by Mr. Inbathamizh Ilangovan. The event was concluded with Vaazhiya Sentamizh sung by PVKK Members.
