Manpower authority setup mobile office to receive complaints by laborers in remote areas

Public Authority for Manpower has set up a mobile office to receive complaints by laborers working in remote areas who cannot reach the authority’s departments easily.

According to PAM Deputy Director for Labor Protection Abdullah Al-Motoutah, the mobile center is equipped with various administrative and regulatory needs to provide easy and swift service.

The center is currently manned by a special emergency team including investigators and inspectors working in collaboration with the Humanitarian Foundation for Legal Aid that has provided volunteer translators and lawyers.
