Airport officer arrested for helping passenger evade travel ban

Airport detectives arrested a citizen who works at Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Airport passport department after he helped an Egyptian expatriate to leave the country despite a travel ban imposed on him.

Officer confessed to receiving KD 700 for allowing the expat to leave. He was sent to the public prosecution.
