Splendiferous Sports Day Held at India International School

The pleasant wintry morning of December(6th & 7th 2017) enfolded the exuberant array of spectacular events as it was the 8th glories intramural Athletic meet of India International School for juniors & seniors in the sprawling grounds of Fahaheel Sports Club, Fahaheel. The vibrant ambience and gleeful spirit of the participants had geared up for the event with spirit and ardent fervor.

The event was graced by the presence of honourable Director Malayil Moosa Koya, Principal F. M. Basheer Ahmed, Vice Principal Mr. Saleem. K, Mrs. Indhulekha Suresh and Mrs. Sophy John.

The auspicious day began with an invocation to the almighty. The recitation of the verses from the Holy Quran was presented by Abdullah Ayub.

Following there was the flag hoisting ceremony subsequently leading to a vibrant March past display by four houses of India International School, exhibiting the excellent example to build team spirit, disciple and coordination.

Principal F M Basheer Ahmed declared the meet open which was followed by traditional session of lightening the torch. Consequently, was the solemn Oath –taking ceremony administered by the sports captain. The athletes proudly vowed to discharge their duties to the best of their abilities.

Following this, our young dynamic athletes charged with the spirit of sportsmanship were geared up to display their athletic prowess. Many athletic events were organized and carried out successfully towards the same. Student’s enthusiastically displayed their athletic expertise, hidden potentials and caliber which took Ideal house to the pinnacle of success winning the championship trophy.
