The program was attended by Arabic guest “Abdul latif Almunaifi” from Jamatul Islah and “Abu Anas” from Islamic Presentation Committee whereby they praised IMA for its efforts to conduct such religion and social events in order to uplift the betterment of the muslim ummah and society. One of the chief guest attributed the importance of memorizing quran and those parents who make their children memorize the wonderful book (quran) will be worn a crown on the day of judgment.

The Vice President of IMA Br. Sharafuddin Soofi delivered a welcome speech whereby he proclaimed the importance of educating the children up to 18 years of age. In this part of the world, it’s practice followed by the expatriates to send the children after 18 years of age out of the country (Kuwait) to pursue higher education. Hence the parents have the opportunity only up to said number of years to cultivate discipline, manners, religious ethics in the child after which the child is left upon to practice those beliefs in his individual life. IMA provides an opportunity for the parents to elucidate their children in both religion and worldly aspects.

The principal of Summer Islamic classes “Br. Jamal Jaffar” delivered a speech where he informed on the initiative taken by eminent persons of IMA like Mr. Khaleelullah Khan who started SIC in 1994 and thereafter the classes was run successfully for 17 years. The efforts and inspiration behind the project was initiated by Br. Ahmed Ali, Br. Rizwan Danish who were instrumental in setting up syllabus, transport arrangements, and other administrative aspects of the school. The response was overwhelming with total 210 students attended the classes with maximum numbers were of tiny tots of LKG and 1st standard. Certainly the reasons behind this success were due to the active support and dedication of parents. The subjects taught were Hifz, Seerah, Tafseer and Aqeedah. The students were taken to field trips like Hawally Park and Tareq Rajab museum in Jabriya. All these was successful due to the teaching staff, Mr. Farooq Khan, the vice Principal Mrs. Tabassum and off course the support staff who performed the job with utmost sincerity and dedication. The president of IMA, Mr Masood Shihab, & team members of IMA extended their full support in managing the school smoothly along with transport arrangements. IMA is thankful to ICSK management for providing their school premises for the noble cause. Finally special thanks to IPC, Masjid Al Kabir and minsityr of Awqaf who always grant their support to IMA.
