Pierrot’s “Ghalib in New Delhi” make awesome twosome productions. The play was genuinely funny and critical of today’s age, its mind and manners. Spontaneous, well written & directed by Dr. M. Sayeed Alam and flawlessly acted, with a wonderful sense of timing, this one is a dose of non-stop laughter for almost two and half an hour. A rib-tickling comedy incorporated with various current socio-political events, Ghalib in New Delhi promised to be an entertainer with a subtle message. Through an irreverent narrative, Dr. Alam brings out the stagnating and deploring values and morals in a fangled city. All other artists of the stage were superb.
