TCB Marks World Quality Day 2017

TCB Cert Worldwide, LLC, a CQI-IRCA, NEBOSH approved organization and member of EFQM offering Quality, OH&S EMS training and Certification service celebrated World Quality Day in Kuwait organized by PPF(Progressive Professional Forum) on Nov 09, 2017 to build awareness of quality as a key driver to improve organizational efficiency and productivity that creates foundation for great business. The program was attended by more than 110 Management and Quality professionals and representatives from various leading organizations in Kuwait and professionals trained by TCB.

The program started welcoming the august audience by Advocate Thomas Stephen who is a member of PPF. Introductory speech was given by Mr G. Santhoshkumar, President of PPF highlighting the importance of Quality and its significant importance on safety and accidents it can prevent worldwide by assuring Quality of products from design, manufacture and even in-service maintenance. The guests were welcomed by Mr Vinod A P Nair welcoming the audience as well as the keynote speaker. He thanked TCB for supporting this event as the main sponsor.

Eng. M. S. Ray, MD of TCB gave the keynote speech on “EFQM model for Business excellence to create an Excellent Organization for Sustained Success”. Mr. Ray explained the business excellence model, its enablers and results and fundamental principles of excellence and how to create an excellent organization using this model. To explain the model and results to be achieved, he took a very noble objective making Kerala an
excellent and most preferred Holiday Destination in India” and explained the enablers that could make this happen including the benefit this can bring to its people, stake holders such as the government and the hospitality industry as a whole and enlighten the image of India as a nation. The cheerful audience overwhelmingly participated in the “Quality Quiz” which was another great attraction of the event.

TCB presented books on Quality, Leadership and Organization Excellence to the audience who responded to the quiz questions correctly. Each of the questions were related to the Quality movements worldwide and how this can benefit us and our nation.

As a note of appreciation a memento was presented to the keynote speaker by Mr Shamnad. Vote of Thanks was proposed by Mr Rajagopalan who thanked the sponsor and all invited guests as well as KALA Centre where the program was organized. The professionals present took a pledge to promote Quality in everything they do. Mr. Ray expressed his commitment to work together with PPF to make recommendation to responsible authorities in Kerala on how to translate the dream into a reality in the immediate foreseeable future.
