Demand to rename Kuwait Airport to ‘Sheikh Sabah International Airport’

Chairman of the Legal and Financial Committee at the Municipal Council Ali AlMousa presented an official proposal to rename Kuwait International Airport into ‘Sheikh Sabah International Airport’, after His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad AlJaber Al-Sabah.

According to local media, he demanded this in recognition of Amir's contributions in the diplomatic and humanitarian fields.
