Angamaly Pravasi Association conducted Annual picnic

Angamaly Pravasi Association Kuwait (APAK) conducted Annual picnic at Kabad resort. APAK members from various places of Kuwait joined together and reached KABAD morning 10am. Delicious breakfast arranged as a part of the begging of the day followed by the official meeting. On behalf of APAK committee, General Secretary Mr.Bijo George Mangaly welcomed the entire APAK members for the picnic. APAK President Mr.Sajeev Paul rendered the Presidential address. Former President Mr.Johnson Arackal delivered felicitation speech. Official meeting ended at 11:00 am by vote of thanks given by APAK Treasurer Mr.Martin Kurian.

Arts Committee well planned and executed attractive and fun filled games for children, Adults and couples. Social welfare Committee Convenor Mr.Satheesh Nair and his team in co-ordination with volunteer committee well managed and distributed breakfast, lunch and snacks with tea. The huge inflatable mountain with slides, swimming pool, well fitted swings and foot-ball ground with grass were main highlights of the resort. Area wise tough tug of war competion arranged for ladies and gents. Rolling trophies gifted to winners and runner ups. Individual and group games first, second and third winners received Gold, Silver and Bronze medals respectively.

We as office bearers feel extremely proud to have organised such a big event. The great confidence to us for the forthcoming event of APAK such as Onam celebration 2017. Congratulations to all the winners and special congratulations to Abbassiya and Farwaniya team for winning the Tug of War (Gents and Ladies Team) - APAK Ever Rolling Trophy.

On behalf of the Central Managing Committee, I express our whole-hearted gratitude to all who have worked behind to make this picnic a memorable event. So many committee members and Advisory Committee worked for the successful execution of this program and thanks to Mr. Sajeev Paul (President), Mr.Bijo George Mangaly (General Secretary), Mr.Martín Kurian (Treasurer), Mr.Satheesh Nair (Joint Treasurer), Mr.Jose Panjikaran (Auditor), Mr.Paull Palatty (Office Secretary), Mr.Johnson Arackal (Ex-President & Advisory Board Member), Mr.Nigy Paily (Referee – Tug of War), Mr. Jimmy Antony & Mr.Jeeson Joseph (Arts and Sports Charge), Special Thanks to Mr.Gijo Paul, Mr.Binoy Jose, Mr.Joy Antony, Mr.Anto Paul, Mr.Joby Joy and Mr. Jinto Joseph for well maintaining the first aid booth.

All APAK members well enjoyed the picnic and appreciated all committee members for making APAK PICNIC 2017 A COLOURFUL AND FULL DAY WITH FUNFILLED ENJOYMENT.
