LIC Housing Finance Ltd (LICHFL), is a premier housing finance company promoted by insurance behemoth LIC of India. LIC HFL has wide network of offices in India covering more than 450 centers. The Company has a special Affordable Housing Loan Scheme designed in line with the Government of India’s Mission of “Housing for All” by 2022. The Office at Kuwait is authorized to sanction loans at very competitive interest rates to Indian expats residing in Gulf and aspiring to purchase property back in India. The loan tenure is maximum up to 20 years with disbursement facility in INR in India. The customers have flexible repayment options of EMI either through NRE/NRO account or banking channels. The Company provides special dispensation for NRIs working in Kuwait Ministries such as nurses, engineers, doctors, technicians etc. Loans can be considered for this segment immediately after receipt of their first salary in their bank account. They can be granted loans up to 20 years or attainment of age of 65 years (Retirement age as per Kuwait Government rules).
