ZugZwang Academy WizKid Spring Camp 2017 Kuwait Closing Ceremony celebrated

ZugZwang Academy celebrated the closing ceremony of Kuwait WizKid Spring Camp 2017 on 30 March 2017 at Indian Community School – Junior Branch in Salmiya. This was a intellectual development program attended by more than 50 children from age 5 to 13 years learning life skills through games and puzzles in Chess, Robotics, Problem Solving and Rubik’s Cube. The children and parents who attended this novel concept in Kuwait confirmed that the children learn important skills like planning, organizing, pattern recognition and memory skills at this fun filled camp and it was the best use of time in these holidays.





An Exhibition Chess match was organized as a part of the closing ceremony demonstrating a fresh view to the age old game of Chess and its possibilities of skill development. ZugZwang Academy’s head chess coach Mr. Praveen Sagar(FIDE rating of 2300+) challenged 20 players simultaneously and won against all of them within 1 hour.





The best three opponents were honored at the closing ceremony along with certificate awarding to the students by Mr. Bharat Divyang, Founder CEO of ZugZwang Academy in the presence of parents and several prominent members of Indian Community in Kuwait. At the event, ZugZwang Academy from Bangalore announced their Summer Camp for students in July-August 2017. Students can benefit from programs including Chess, Robotics, Problem Solving, Rubik’s Cube, Scratch Coding, Math and language programs at the ZugZwang Academy Campus planned to open by end of August 2017.
