Showing true solidarity and respect to the foster land, ICSK Khaitan celebrated National Day and Liberation Day of Kuwait in the most spectacular way. To ignite the essence of nationalism in students, the festivities of the school went on for the whole week. Every year, 25th February is celebrated as the National Day and 26th February as the Liberation Day of Kuwait. Annually, Kuwait celebrates the whole month of February as their joyous Hala February.

Students offered intense reverence to the occasion by decorating and adorning class rooms and corridors. This was further graced by special assemblies put up by different grades of the school. To add vibrancy to the assemblies, children were attired in national costumes and danced with grace and exuberance. Conventional and traditional music and dance were the highlights of these assemblies. Exquisite caps, accessories, traditional costumes, bearing the colours of the Kuwait flag were worn by the students. Inspirational speeches and power point presentations portrayed the rich history and culture of Kuwait.

In his address, the Principal Mr. K. G. Shirsath, emphasized on the importance of patriotism and preserving the glory and pride of a nation. On behalf of the entire ICSK Khaitan fraternity, he congratulated the citizens of Kuwait and respectfully wished long life for its great rulers.

We also join with their celebrations wholeheartedly and respect this great nation.
