Replacing expats in certain position will take time

Replacing expatriate employees of certain governmental positions is very hard at the current time, Al Nahar Arabic daily reported quoting Civil Service Commission (CSC) sources. The sources affirmed that the situation will remain until a decision to taken to determine the process.
Daily added that the CSC has given governmental authorities the right to retain some expatriate employees.
