NSS & MKD Associations organized Medical-Dental camps by IDAK

The Community Welfare Committee (CWC) of the Indian Dentists' Alliance in Kuwait (IDAK) has as always, been committed to social service and during the month of December they were a part of two very successfully conducted Medical-Dental camps organized by two very prominent organizations in Kuwait, namely Nair Service Society and Mahilavedi of Kozhikode District Association. Both organizations with a membership of over two thousand, were able to serve hundreds of its members through the services rendered by the doctors of IDAK , Indian Doctors Forum ( IDF ) and Kuwait Heart Foundation.

The dental screening unit was meticulously set up by the Community Welfare wing of IDAK led by Dr.Prathap Unnithan (Chairman), Dr. Subu Thomas , Dr.Krishna Rao , Dr.Prashanthy Sreejith and Dr.Sowmya Natesh. Both the camps also witnessed a good numbers of IDAKians willing to serve the community, eagerly showing up to render their services. IDAK sincerely thanks Dr.Suja Siby , Dr.Siby Thomas , Dr.Dolly Chopra , Dr.Ajay Vazhiyodan , Dr.Angela Ray , Dr.Revathy Sreekanth ,Dr.Srikrishnan Nair, Dr.Sreekanth Reddy , Dr.Tiny Thomas , Dr.Shiraz Usman , Dr. Jojen , Dr.Santhosh Varghese , Dr.Nikhath and Dr.Shalin Anna Simon, for their valuable time and contributions. Both camps were conducted in Jleeb Al Shuyoukh. The camp by Mahilavedi in Pakistan English School on 2nd December and the one by NSS in United Indian School on the 16th.

IDAK expresses its most sincere gratitude and appreciation to the General Secretary of NSS Mr.Prasad Padmanabhan and the President of Mahilavedi Mrs.Vanisree for the exceptional organization of the camps and the opportunity provided to IDAK to serve the lesser privileged brothers and sisters of our society.
