Abbasiya Konkani Families Kuwait –Celebrated Christmas & New Year 2017

The Abbasiya Konkani Families Kuwait – organized a family Christmas celebration and new year 2017 on Thursday 22nd December 2016 from 7 pm onwards.
The program commenced with formal welcome by compere of the evening followed by Carol Singing & dance on prayer song.





Fr Noel D'Almieda, Fr Milchester Furtado, Fr. Xavier & Sr Lenita Lobo were welcomed to the stage. A Christmas cake was cut along with committee members to mark the celebration. Fr Milchester Furtado delivered the Christmas message to the audience.

Christmas Carols, Dance, Skit and Santa was the main attraction of the program.





A.K.F.K President Mr. Ronnie Fernandes, and Mrs. Glades Noronha were felicitated with Shawl, Fruit basket, momento for their leadership and contribution to Konkani community.

Audience were thoroughly enjoyed the dances Skit, etc., . Prizes were distributed for the winners of competition organized for Christmas. Sponsors were honored with flowers during the event.





Children were excited, as they were loaded with lots of chocolates and goodies once Santa made his entry. Audiences were enjoyed Dance and the music and the Lots of spot prizes were awarded in between the dance session.





Rajesh Fernandes delivered the word of gratitude and Fr Noel D'Almeida offered the grace before meal. A grand dinner was served at the end. The program was compered by Romeo Braganza and Deepak Andrade.
