Winter ‘officially’ starts Wednesday

Meteorologist Essa Ramadan said that winter will official start on Wednesday with a considerable decrease in temperature and high waves affected by active northwesterly winds, during which it would be advisable to wear warm clothing.
Ramadan added that the weather was stable yesterday, with a possibility of rainfall despite scattered clouds.
