Ex-Thosonians bid Farewell to Khullars

Ex-Thomsonians from University of Roorkee, Roorkee India (now IIT Roorkee) Alumni, Kuwait Chapter organized a party to bid farewell to Its member Mr. Surendra Kumar Khullar (1970 Batch). A Farewell Party was organized By Mr. Umesh Sharma, Mr. Rajpal Tyagi and Mr. Manish Raghuvanshi at Mughal Mahal Salem Mubarak Street, above Zara Home-Marina Plaza in Salmiya on November 26, 2016.

Mr. SK Khullar has been working in Engineering Group of Bader Al Mulla, Kuwait since 1976. He retired from this organization as Deputy General Manager. He will return to India and will settle down in Greater NOIDA.



November 26 being their Marriage Anniversary also, an Anniversary cake was cut by Mr. SK Khullar and Mrs. Manju Khullar to celebrate the occasion. Bouquet was presented by Mrs. Sadhana Kamthan and Mrs. Gauri Tyagi whereas memento was presented to them by Mr. Ashok Kamthan and Rajpal Tyagi.



Mr. Manish Raghuvanshi welcomed the ‘farewell’ couple and the attendees. Mr. Ashok Kamthan and Mr. Rajpal Tyagi wish them a happy, healthy and successful life ahead. Mr. Umesh Sharma, classmate of Mr. Khullar presented some old photographs which rekindled the emotions attached to the University and the student life spent there. Mr. Sharma cherished his friendship of 50 years with Khullars which is based on acceptance, space and mutual respect.



Mr. S.K. Khullar, an avid member in various walks of life, is known for his humble nature, knowledge and expertise on different topics. Members of The Kuwait Chapter of Thomason College of Engineering wish Mr. S.K. Khullar and Mrs. Manju Khullar a blessed, peaceful and comfortable life ahead".
