Electoral race for par'l elections 2016 brings warmth to Kuwait's cold weather

Amid the remarkable drop in temperature in Kuwait and rain showers, atmosphere of competition for the 2016 National Assembly elections, which began on Saturday, added a distinctive and warm atmosphere which blended in with the colors of candidates' slogans.
Voters were eager in the early hours today to wear heavy clothing where candidates erected fixed and mobile umbrellas amid expectations for more rain later in the day.
Kuwait's sky has seen intermittent clouds accompanied by scattered showers on several areas with more rain and decline in temperature expected later in the day.
