Mr. Vijay, proprietor of Vijay Restaurant is one of a well-known personality among the Tamil crowd in Kuwait. He has been doing lot of social activities through various associations here in Kuwait. He has providing support the Indian associations for their cultural/annual programmes. Since He has come up from the very low level, he knows the difficulties of the labours and workers; hence he has been giving support to the needy people as much as possible. Without much publicity he has been providing medical and educational help to needy people in India too.
