Special security plan in place as new school year begins Sunday

MoI’s Relations and Security Media Director Brigadier Adel Ahmed Al-Hashash said that the security sectors have put a special plan in place as the new school year begins. AlHashash added that 486 police patrols have been deployed to secure various streets and schools to deal with possible traffic congestions. He also noted that traffic light timings would be adjusted. Al-Hashash said that MoI Undersecretary Lt General Suleiman Al-Fahad had instructed all senior security officials of various ranks to be present on various streets to follow up the plan.
