KDMCA Independence Day Celebrations-2016

Kuravilangad Deva Matha College Alumni Association (KDMCA) conducted Independence Day Celebrations to mark the occasion of 70th Anniversary of Indian Independence, at the United Indian School.

The Celebration was inaugurated by Adv. John Thomas, Administrator of United Indian School, during the meeting, which was presided over by Jojo Mathew, the president of KDMCA. During his message to the children, he emphasized the need of communicating the importance of remembering the leaders of Indian Freedom Struggle and the current status of India with lots of unbelievable achievements in all sectors taking India to new heights among other world nations.

Raju Zacharias-former president and Dona Jojo also spoke on the occasion. Jaison Joseph, Advisory Board Chairman lead the Oath Ceremony. Shri. Manoharan-General Secretary welcomed the audience and Vince Sebastian delivered vote of thanks. The programme was co-ordinated by K.J John, the founder president of KDMCA.

Colourful cultural activities highlighting the importance of our Independence were organised by the Arts committee. Patriotic songs, dances and other cultural activities were followed and the programme was concluded with the National Anthem sung by the Children of KDMCA. The program really provided an unforgettable experience to all the Children.

Mr. Jose Mathew, Mr. bobby Patani, Mr. Daiju Kuncheriya, Mr. Tomi Ikkarateu leaded and controlled the Independence Day Celebrations.
