TRASSK celebrated Independence Day

India’s 70th Independence Day was celebrated on 15th Aug, 2016 in the leadership of TRASSK (Thrissur Association of Kuwait). The patriotic song presented by the kalikkalam children’s at the Indian embassy in the morning were appreciated by the crowd.

The celebration continued at Abbasiya Rhythm hall in the evening and TRASSK acting president Mr. Sugunanath gave the independence day message and wishes speech were given by vanitavedi general convener Mrs. Ambika Munundan, Treasurer Mr. Hari Kulangara and kalikkalam co-ordinator Mstr. Ronald Frank, followed by the singing of patriotic songs area wise and a quiz competition for the children based on the history of independence movement of India.



The programs were headed by TRASSAK joint secretaries Mr. Biju Kadavi, Mr. Joseph and joint treasurer Mr. Jivas. The welcome speech was delivered by general secretary Mr. Ajay Kumar and vote of thanks by Mr. Rajesh.
